- Potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes

- Cumin seeds

- Green chillies finely chopped

- Peanuts roasted and crushed

Method
Step
1
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add
cumin seeds. Once the seeds begin to change color, add green chillies and sauté
for half a minute.

Add potatoes and continue to sauté
till crisp.

Add peanuts, salt, sugar and coconut
and mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for four to five minutes.
Step

Transfer into a serving plate,
garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
